Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

As a quick background I am planning to use SN 48 hour protocol.
In 16 months I have lost just shy of 7 stone due to malabsorbtion.

Looking at my own research a suitably large dose of Loperamide 'should" counter the issue of malabsorbtion in the bowel but I can't find much on the effects of imodium on specifically the interaction of imodium on the lower intestines.

I do appear to be getting the benefit of my meds (taken on an empty stomach). So I'm hoping that is an indication its a physical fault as opposed to malabsorbtion.

My plan is to increase my SN by 20% and report back if I fail.

Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated.

I'm wondering the same thing. I often have diarreah and am not sure if I should add anti-diarrheal meds (loperamide) to my protocol.
