Story Poem About Strength

[OutOfThisBody]

The awe-striking truth
That suicide is the answer
Can be hard to remember
Because with it comes
Cold loneliness
The knowledge that knowing the truth means no one will love you.
The carnival ride herky-jerk
of the entire world being different than what you thought.

It's easy to push it away
Strength comes in following through

When I am lowest I want to live
When I am highest I know to be free
I must die
