PN inconsistent on N shelf life

He suggests in his own Exit Int'l podcast that stored N (unopened) could lose 10% a year after exp. date. But tweeted recently and said other times that it lasts 20 years. Seems to just add to the fog around all these various questions.

How would you rank the concerns on a scale of importance:

N beyond expiration
Only premeds: Dramamine, Hydroxyzine
Securing at least 24 hrs alone

As someone who bought N but doesn't plan to use it for a few years (maybe sooner idk), I really wish this were clearer.
