i get incredibly suicidal the week before and after my period.

i have genuinely hurt myself badly and almost followed through just to wake up and realize i was simple pms-ing. its really miserable since i feel sluggish and cant get my ass out of bed. i cant wait to get rid of my period for good soon enough. it ruins the little productive things that i do.
