Plus size and struggling to CTB

I'm really struggling with CTB with partial hanging, and cannot find my "sweet spot" for the tourniquet method.
Anyone got any advice for someone who is plus size on what the right method could be?
I'm in the UK and limited to what I can get my hands on in terms of medication or SN. Other overdoses haven't worked because I didn't have enough of it. I'm at a loss but really want to CTB as painlessly as possible as soon as possible.

You can look into methods in the Suicide Resource Compilation. Have you considered the CO method (using charcoal)?
