Alot of you have answered me and said nice things on my goodbye form I tried hanging myself and I was choking and light headed and have a mark now what did I do wrong 4 min of choking barley breathing and I wasn't passing out please help me what am I doing wrong please

Sorry to hear of your experience. As far as I've learned you need to try and find the "sweet spot" that basically makes you faint. Ive been toying with the idea of hanging for my ctb recently, strangulation is very unpleasant so I definitely want to avoid that. My idea method would be carbon monoxide but seems harder than I initially thought. Every method seems hard at this point.

Partial is just that, partial. Full does the job. I am sorry this did not work for you. You really need to put your weight into it to knock you out.
