Very tired of people posting to ask if an old gym sock and random rail in their closet will work for partial, then wondering why they failed and blaming the method. Spend $25 and be properly equipped. You can cut the rope to size and use the metal clips at both ends. The second item is a door anchor for resistance bands and is what you should clip into and hang from.
Here's how you reattach the rope to the metal clip after cutting it to length:
Some people have said rope is better but I can't quite remember what size rope is best, sorry :/ But I got my rope for an affordable price at Home Depot if your country has those. I'm sorry I'm not much help.

@Shorine this is what I'd recommend. I have these exact materials. I like the metal clips/carabiners but not the tape and metal loops on the ends of the rope–they're too rigid to comfortably be part of the noose. I cut the rope down to size (around 4-6 feet long) and then tied the carabiners in with figure 8 knots on both ends. Then clip that into the door anchor and your setup is rated for way higher weight than you could possibly need. After that it's just about making sure you're not found and that this is really what you want to do. That and sitting down hard and fast into the noose and focusing on something for 15-20 seconds until unconsciousness.
There's also something to be said for having a longer 25ish ft length of rope in case I find myself in a situation where full suspension would be possible and it strikes my fancy at that time. All I'd have to do would be attach the carabiners to the longer rope and then clip it around the ceiling beam or whatever high anchor point has presented itself to me.
