Benzo overdose if taken enough can make you go into coma. Should have no risk of leftover damage unless if you're unlucky enough to get respiratory depression, but that only tends to happen if you have another underlying condition (like sleep apnea) or try mixing benzos with other drugs, alcohol or grapefruit juice.
Might be difficult to get them prescribed to you, very easy to get from the dark web.
