I'm going to do partial hanging by kneeling while facing my closet, which means letting myself go straight down. Would I pass out much faster this way compared to facing the opposite side and leaning forward?
I think what matters most is the knot needing to compress the carotid arteries which is the side, not sure it matters which way you face as long as compression is good so you can pass out quickly
