Interested in partial hanging. Does anybody have a suggestion as to what's the best option to use for a rope/cord

A nylon rope is recommended for partial hanging but in all honesty, any rope that isn't stretchy and which is 1cm thick (if you weigh more than 50kg) would work.

Thanks for your help. I'm a little nervous that I'm going to fail. I'm not very good at following directions. Although it is pretty straightforward, I tend to screw most things up.
