I didn't realise how much mental pain a human can be in. Its unbearable. I want too jump off a building. I got too get the balls too do it. If I really wanted to die would I not be scared.

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. Mental health issues can cause us so many different physical issues. I hope you can manage to exhaust all the resources of support available to you.

In the mean time, feel free to talk to me, along with many others on SS, about what you are going through, just to let some steam off or get distracted from life while you figure out what your next move is. Sending you virtual hugs!

In the end, in order to CTB one needs a lot of guts! That's why I'm still here. It seems I'm a coward and can't "turn off" my body.

I want too die. I just need to get the nerve too try. I'm going to go to the building later it's just getting the guts to jump. I cant suffer anymore. I know loved ones will hurt but I cant stay alive in constant pain.
