  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Hi! Opinions on ctb by overdosing ketoprofen? I have access to around 1500mg of it, eventually can mix it with other painkillers (ibuprofen, paracetamol) and sleeping pills

I'm going to be blunt: ketoprofen is a terrible choice for CTB.

It's an NSAID, and like most NSAIDs (ibuprofen, naproxen, etc.), it doesn't kill you quickly or cleanly. What it does do is slowly destroy your stomach lining, potentially causing gastric bleeding, liver or kidney failure, and extreme pain, sometimes over the course of days. It's not guaranteed to be lethal, even at high doses like 1500mg. You might just end up in hospital, vomiting blood, with internal organ damage and no guarantee of death—just more suffering.

Mixing it with paracetamol (acetaminophen) only adds to the liver toxicity, and unless the doses are extremely high—and sustained—you're more likely to survive with permanent damage than die.

Sleeping pills can dull the edge a little, sure, but unless you're combining with a potent depressant (like barbiturates or high-dose benzos), you're still looking at drawn-out physical distress, not peace.

If your goal is relief, this method won't give it to you. I would read the link on Wiggy's reply!

ketoprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, generally not something "preferred" for ODing. Nothing inherent to the drug will stop your heart or breathing, and you will die after hours due to toxicity and metabolic changes as a result of the drug. NSAIDs are also notorious for causing organ damage/failure when taken in excess. Not a good method.

If you're going to OD, you should at least try to get sedative medications.
