I know a lot us here want to escape and one way to do it is by training your body to have out of body experiences. I'm thinking about using this month to practice and train to get out of my body idk if it will work but I think it make sense.

What would be your method? I only know of drugs :( I can't even do lucid dreaming (despite having them a decade ago fairly frequently).
Yeah lucid dreaming is one way but I'm thinking about learning astral projection/ travel. I have to do more research on this.
