I'm so miserable

Looked thru cabinet
Have approx 25 x 10mg oxy, 20 x 5mg oxy, 10 x 50mg demerit
Also have approx 15 beta blockers and somewhere I've got dilitizem
Only a few benzoyl
Plenty of antiemetics

I only weigh 125lb, 5ft 5 in, haven't had any opioid or heart meds in months

Is this enough....

My only other options I don't want to use

It doesn't sound like much, especially if you've taken them before, you'll have a tolerance, even if you haven't taken them in months as you say. My tolerance of opiates didn't go down much even after 2 years of not taking any. Consider that the PPeH recommends 10g of Morphine even though the typical dose is just 10-80mg. That's a dose of 100x-1000x the regular opioid dose. Plus they recommend 3 other medications. Benzos and 2 meds for the heart. So I don't think what you have is remotely close to enough. I'd stick to one of the methods in the PPeH at the suggested doses

I would say I've taken them quite seldom, like took 2 tablets a few months ago and that was it.

I've never been a daily user of opioid ever
