Opioid medication? That's never an OTC med even in the shittiest places on Earth. I've never heard of a pharmacy that gives it to you without a prescription. Just get whatever you need illegally that can be darknet markets or on the streets. Im getting my fentanyl from a vendor on the darknet with a good rep as far as I know there's plenty of worldwide vendors but I wont risk it so Im buying Domestic and he got cheaper prices.
You are way off base.
I've definitely gotten opioid medications in a dozen countries over the counter at legitimate pharmacies. Even canada sells Tylenol with codeine without RX. I've gotten oxycodone, hydrocodone and morphine OTC in central America, south America and southeast Asia.
I'm trying to find a pharmacy in one of those locations that operates online and ships worldwide.
In south east asia you can absolutely just walk in a pharmacy and buy opioids without any questions asked, and they are not shitty places to live imo.
Yeah, I'd rather live in many of the locations that I've bought OTC opioid medication than where I live currently tbh
I heard of it once but I dont really think they sell the heavy drugs like Fentanyl. Codeine is the only drug that I know is sold OTC in some countries but even then it's in really low amounts.
Codeine is OTC in Canada and lots of places. But you can also get oxycodone, hydrocodone and morphine OTC in places like Thailand, Nepal, Malaysia, India, Guatemala, Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, Uruguay, etc... just to name a few places I've purchased those medications without a prescription.
