• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I get quite bad peptic hiccups at time making Omeprazole sometimes necessary. Would this be useful pre SN and how would it effect things?

Also wondering this. I know at one point an antacid was recommended, but I've since seen conflicting things and I believe it was removed from the PPH.

"Omeprazole, sold under brand names like Prilosec and Losec, is a prescription medication that reduces stomach acid by temporarily disabling proton pumps."

Would it therefore slow things down? OR make little difference other than improving comfort and reduce the risk of nausea/vomiting?

I'm asking this as SN + Benzo's + Propranolol +paracetamol + Metoclopramide + Ondansetron is a lot to put into a stomach that's a bit Pepticy.

ANYBODY know?

How? All food and liquid pass from the esophagus into the stomach.

If its in liquid form it'll go straight in there (for a while). In gastro-resistant capsules it might avoid breaking down in there.
