Are there any sources of CTBs with 1+ year old SN. I can only CTB with 2+ year old sn and I wandering if it would be viable to use then

As long as it was stored well and packed well there shouldn't be any problems. There is a very slow natural process that turns nitrite into nitrate but it's very slow. Did you open your SN before? You can do the suggested tests.
