Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I've looked through similar threads but couldn't find any information about dosing. What dose of olanzapine would I need to take to use it as an antiemetic for SN? Thanks in advance. I saw in Stan's guide it could be used but it didn't say the dose.
I'm also planning to use it with SN.
The levels of olanzapine peak 6 hours after an oral dose. It's usually prescribed as 10-20 mg per day. I'm taking 10 mg every day and was considering taking 20 mg 6 hrs before SN, just to be sure.

I found out the maximum dose of olanzaine is 20mg and that's normally only used for in hospital, a normal dose is around 10mg. 20mg can cause tremors, restlessness and turn someone into a zombie. Anything over that and you won't think straight and lose your mental faculties, which you don't want. Some people feel sick more easily on high doses during stress and get motion sickness. Also, taking an ae isn't an option because, as discussed here before, there can bean interaction when the two are taken together. As olanzapine isn't an effective ae you wouldn't want to take SN, be sick and end up with kidney damage etc. which I've seen a few times on these forums. Even if you could take an ae with olanzpine, I don't think SN would be suitable for anyone who feels sick easily. I'm not sure Stan's guide is right about not needing an ae if you are already taking certain medications.

I have been using 20mg olanzapine every day for years. Zombie is the right word. I couldn't sleep before so it helps in that way, otherwise I wouldn't recommend anyone to take it. If you are on such a high dose, you will have to take it for the rest of your life as it is almost impossible to stop. But anyway - now I am not sure if my lifestyle change melted my brain or was it the drugs (olanzapine every day + some xanax)
I've 10mg (2×5) olanzapine. I'm not someone who takes it regularly. I'm worried if 10mg would make me pass out before taking sn. What would be the most efficient way to do it?
I'm sorry if my question is silly. I don't have anything else to use as an effective AE for SN and I don't want to risk it (I've only got 10mg olanzapine for sn)
Open to any form of advice for sn regiment

I just don't get why you are saying don't bother with antiemetics when clearly they help Everything I've read here has said everyone vomits. They all do it within 5 to 10 minutes after drinking it. I don't get why people take them for this reason. Everyone who vomits has taken them. I guess...
