i despise drugs, and i see the chaos they cause.
but to simply utilize it for suicide... i'm starting to consider that.
especially after reading something about how xanax can have the opposite of a calming effect.
and actually make you violent and erratic.

i was planning on using xanax to calm me down during my potential future suicide.
but after hearing that shit... idk anymore...

nobody wants to die a junkie, but it's not really dying a "junkie" if you just hypithetically use it one time ONLY for the purpose of obtaining peace.

hmm :(

I saw the benzo thread you are referring to.

Honestly, I wouldn't put too much stock into what they said. The person in question took a metric ton of benzos and also mixed three different types.

The overwhelming amount of clinical evidence supports benzos having a calming effect for most people. Don't let any outlier completely sway your opinion the other way.

Protocols wouldn't recommend benzos if they were making people psychotic and violent regularly.

Just take a reasonable amount of a single benzo and that's that.

Remember anti depressants can also make people suicidal.

i hope you're right, man...
yes exactly, i'll just be moderate with the amount of benzos then, as a small help
