Will odansetron work as an antiemetic for SN even though its not a dopamine antagonist?

It might, if one were to double the dosage or even triple it. I've been prescribed Ondansetron since 2016 and have doubled the dose quite a few times.
I'm planning to use Amitriptyline as an antiemetic when my time comes. I might add Ondansetron to the mix since I have it, and it helps me.
In general, with or without antiemetic, most people vomit after taking SN. How much vomit varies of course, which is why fasting prior and having a second glass of SN ready is recommended.Similar threads
