I just stopped because I couldn't actually rest in my sleep I was exhausted from all the activities that took place in my dreams. I was starting to feel spirits and or energy around me.
I am far from the hippy type I am more of a backwoods redneck. It is real. Its an overwhelming and consuming thing so I backed out of it. Although I may try again later once I get in a better state of mind.
