• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I ALWAYS feel empty, often sad and rarely I feel neutral, nothing is fun anymore I lay around and I don't have the energy to even stand up anymore, even fun things feel the same as staring against the wall, I don't know what to do anymore

ngl im in a similar situation and its hard to tell what one could do honestly :/, but ill try :')

One thing that worked before was beginning to do art in any way like maybe writing, drawing, or even doing something related to sculpting. Apart from that maybe going outside and engaging in like something outside like giving birds some food or even watering the plants 😭
I personally tried all of these and kind of helped for a time but man did it get hard to keep up :/
So ig the only advice is that sometimes one has to do something or try it out at first even if u dont like it and afterwards ig u can choose to keep doing it or not.

Sorry if it isnt that helpful as i myself am going through the same thing so i wish u the best :')

When I was little I used to feed bird on my balcony :)
My mom used to photograph birds and I think i could ask her if we could photograph them together even tho she doesn't do it anymore πŸ˜…
I wish you only the best, thanks for your advice πŸ’š

I think part of my problem at the moment is that I've lost so much fitness. Not that I was ever fit but- even basic fitness and strength so- everything is more difficult. Maybe that's an issue.

I also think that part of what makes us appreciate things is contrast. Being outside in the cold makes us appreciate the warmth of getting home. Doing strenuous exercise can make us appreciate resting. Sometimes I kind of know I need to be cruel to myself in order that I appreciate being kinder again.

I don't have hot water at the moment. Washing with cold water makes me appreciate drying in the warm. Maybe you could try something like that.
