Stop for a moment to think what non-existence implies, it is a bit difficult. The truth is that for the vast majority of people, the idea of non-existence or absolute emptiness is a difficult idea to absorb, we are talking about the total absence of life.
Non-existence can be compared to non-presence, but both are totally different ideas, you can be absent and exist in this plane, I was doing a little meditation exercise recently, and, I realized something that I think is "The sound of life "a small vibration that dances in my head and that I can only perceive while in a state of relaxation. I have always had that sound in my head but I hardly ever stop to appreciate it, I wonder if you have perceived it in any way.
Then I was laying on the floor, just and just wondering things and brainstorming about this. Somehow I began to think of death as an indescribable comfort, I will never suffer again, I will not have responsibilities or have to think about anything. I'll just rest.
