You really gotta do research with this method. There's a lotta tinkering and technicalities involved. Goodluck!

check the mega thread, but I'm pretty sure 2L is enough if its airtight and no oxygen is in the bag. it takes around 15 min I believe to kill for sure. Your out within a minute or three. brain cells start dying, then neurons. If you for some reason fail at these stages you will have permanent brain damage and could be in a coma. I havn't read the mega thread but I looked into this method so might not be entirely accurate with what I said.
