• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

You could probably use cannabis, that gives a lot of people dreamless sleep.

For me, life is a nightmare and dreams are also. It's difficult for me to tell if I have them because I don't see the distinction.

How about something like meditating before going to sleep? I feel for you that you have nightmares, sleep is my only peaceful time

I've had nightmares since i was a kid. Cannabis is the only thing that works to stop them for me. currently 8 weeks without smoking after pretty much doing it daily for seventeen years and i've had several a night since then. I remember a few years ago a therapist told me there was a medication that works as well but they never told me what it was and i didn't look it up

yep, nightmares are consistant for us. we tried prazosin - it works for some ppl to help with ptsd nightmares. it only sortof worked for us; seemed to make it harder to rember any dreams rather than actually not have them. so we would still wake up with that awful feeling after nightmares, but not know where it was from. we thought it was worse to not know whats going on with our body so we stopped.

usa, was easy to get from pcp
