Hi all,just joined today and thought I'd like to say hello,as a long term mental health sufferer it's something that's been on my mind for quite some time but I just can't seem to make my mind up! I'm also aware of the consequences on family and what it may do to them.

Do I do that via settings?
Also how can I find out what all the abbreviations like ctb and the likes mean?
