Some of the most lethal poisons come from plants. I haven't seen this mentioned much. Various poisonous plants are native to everywhere. You could learn to identify them or use an app. OR I propose buying the seeds online and growing the plant yourself. They seem pretty accessible, maybe because people don't try this. For example, search up (nerium) oleander seeds and it seems you can just have it shipped. Then you can grow it and eat the poisonous part. I think this is a very viable method, hopefully someone can test it out for me. On top of this, it's also not sus at all because these plants are often used for decoration.

While I'm new here, I think the reason why poisonous plants aren't mentioned much is because the symptoms you experience are generally gnarly, same goes for bites from critters with lethal venom, like rattlesnakes. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, seizures, sweating, rashes/blistering, and abdominal pain are all common amongst poisonous plants. I personally don't want to be in a lot of distress/discomfort before I go, and it seems like most poisonous plants lead to distress before death. I'll admit I'm not super knowledgeable on poisonous plants so maybe there is a plant that provides a more comfortable and quick death, but I believe most don't.

On their own I don't think they're ideal, but I would consider doing something like eating the roots of poisonous hemlock before jumping off a great height. I feel like this would help curb the worry of being part of the small percentage that survives a fall. My desired method is jumping, but I've survived what should have been unsurvivable before so I'm hesitant. I don't want to end up a veggie and in even more misery
