Help New here. What are the best methods ?

I know there's probably many posts like this. Just like everyone else, I'd ideally like an easy and/or painless method.
I still live with my parents so the most likely scenario is I'd be doing this method at night.
I'm putting a lot of thought before doing this, but I'd like to have an exit method when I decide it's time.

Welcome to SaSu. I joined this group to do research to find a quick and easy method in case I ever had to CTB. I learned there is no method that is guaranteed to be quick and easy. You seem really young. Do you mind if I ask what brought you here? Is there any chance of your situation getting better?
