Help Need help to CTB

[Pointless]

Hello guys, i was thinking to try again to ctb. Today i found out that i probably have a disease that will last for all life so i'm pretty sure i want to ctb next week, i need this last week to tell everyone goodbye and make them comfortable, hoping they won't suffer too much. Anyway i don't really know how, i will like to have a painless way that doesn't damage my body. I thought to die in my car but i don't really know how to make the gas go inside the car. Please help me

I don't know if you can do that anymore with vehicles? Unless you have an older model. I thought they changed that I could be wrong.
