Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

tell me is my rope strong enough or appropriate for suspension hanging tell me if my anchor point is correct i will take the fan down and use the hook as the anchor point tell me which knot would be best for both ends tell me everything. and sorry for the shitty resolution. and i will wash the rope as well lol
Imo, that anchor is not strong enough to support your weight. And the rope could work, but it's really not the best kind for slippage. Too hard to tell from pic about size and strength of rope.

i weigh around 50 to 55 kg i think and you are right about the rope its hard to knot as its stiff but it is strong do you think a specific knot would be good for it or should i just change the rope the anchor point i think should be good because i think the hook is in the ceiling and it has held that fan for years but of course i will double check it by hanging onto it with my arm if not this rope what kind is best for hanging

I doubt the fan weighs anywhere near 50 to 55 kg. Usually cheap screws hold up a fan, nowhere near strong enough to hold body weight. You need some type of slip knot for the part around your neck. Yeah, that rope is rough, not smooth, not likely to slip easily.
