Didn't someone mention like, a case study where 160 patients (dignitas?) took N, and about half did not use anti emetics, but were still successful?

If that's true, how come it's said to be so vital that AE are taken with N? A doesn't provide them anymore, is it too risky to try without?

It's far to risky. You don't have to buy them. I got them prescribed

How'd you manage that ?
Told the doc I've been feeling nauseous (true) and she prescribed me ondasteron. Or If you want meto, ask, say you've been prescribed it before In your childhood and it really helps

Even if that study exist, at Dignitas they probably used powdered nembutal which is not as disgusting as N from A
This is just based on what I have read here so take with a grain of salt

Meto doesn't help with the gag reflux from taste. But, your body wants to naturally expel N when drank. That's where AE's come in. Personally especially with the price of N it is not worth risking throwing it up when AE's are so easy to get. Prescription, or heck 5 bucks off the auction site.

Well the antimetics are not for gagging while drinking, it's from the body rejecting it while unconscious right?

exactly, and the amount of liquid that you have to take from veterinary N is almost 4 times more than what dignitas uses. i believe that they use 50 ml of water with dissolved N.

Zofran is not a dopamine blocker/antagonist. Refer here:

https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/sn-a-comprehensive-guide-including-method.25148/

scroll to where it talks about AE:

Without keeping the SN in your stomach, it will not work. There have been reports from people who followed the correct dosage of an antiemetic and still vomited so there is no guarantee. I would suggest that you do everything possible not to vomit. You do not want any antiemetic though. Buying one for travel sickness for example works on the wrong part of the brain for the SN method. What you need is a dopamine blocker which have been listed above. This is the medication that is most likely to react with people who are on existing prescriptions. Please check the interaction for your own safety.

its really not hard to get an AE, might delay your ctb if you have to schedule an appointment to ask for one, but im sure you can find one of the recommended ones online if you dont want to/cant access a dr.
