Hey there, thanks for posting. I have a couple of questions: I've read there are some bad side effects from taking metoclopramide. What are they exactly and how do you minimize? Are there alternatives to meto? Also I take Seroquel and read it can keep N from acting properly. Would anyone know how much time is needed off it in order to get it out of your system? Thank you.

Regarding the side effect I can send you this link. This is the package insert of Meto, it lists all side effects and how often they occur.

I'm not sure how to minimize all the side effects, but you could of course get medication to counteract the symptoms of the side effects. But of course everyone reacts differently to Meto, some have no side effects at all, others quite many. I would do a test first to find out how strong the side effects are for you.

As an alternative to Meto you could use Domperidone + Ondansetron + Mosapride in combination. In theory, these three have the same efficiency as Meto. But I'm not sure what dose to take. You would have to read the package insert of the individual medications.

since I did a lot of research regarding the N method, I decided to gather all the information in this thread. Please take these information with a grain of salt and do your own research before considering this method. I'll try to include sources for my findings.

Pentobarbital (Trade name Nembutal) is a short-acting barbiturate. It is used short-term as a sedative to treat insomnia, or to cause you to fall asleep for surgery. Although long-acting barbiturates (Phenobarbital) have caused more fatal poisonings, short-acting ones lead to deeper comas and therefore are preferably used for euthanasia.

How does it work?

N effects the action of the brain chemical GABA in that they enhance the effect of GABA and may even act in its place. GABA slows down the signals between neurons. Meaning that you will start to feel more and more relaxed and finally go to sleep. Then your respiration ceases and you die.

Everyone reacts a little different to drugs and there are a few factors to include when calculating a lethal dose (Such as weight above 170 pounds and health condition). To reduce the risk of failing with this method, it is advised to take a larger dose. Dignitas in Switzerland uses 12-15 gm, the dosage for AS in Oregon is 9 gm. In The Netherlands, doctors who offer to help with hastening death, provide a drink with 9 grams of pentobarbital or secobarbital.

Different forms and availability

There are three different forms of N. Pills (Known as yellow jackets), Powder and Liquid.

Liquid

The most common way of obtaining N in this forum is to get it in liquid form from A. There is a megathread already that you should check out for additional information.

He sells it in 100ml bottles, each containing 6 gm of N. You get a legit sealed product, so you don't have to hassle with testing it.
There are a few other veterinarian Products with higher concentration available on the black market, althought these sources might not be as legit as A.

Powder

You can get N as a powder as well and dissolve it into water when needed (Less volume than the liquid form). The probability of getting scammed is high, because you have to search for it on the black market. Recent vendors from china have stopped selling.
If you get the powder you have to make sure that it is pure enough. You can check either with a test kit from exit or by sending it into a lab.

Pills

These were discontinued in 1999 and I doubt that there are any legit ones left on the market.

Anti-emetics

To reduce the risk of vomiting you have to take anti-emetics.
It is best to use metoclopramide as it reduces the gastric volume and acidity in your stomache (Helps with the absorbtion of the lethal drug) and blocks the signal to your brain (D2 antagonist, dopamine blocker) that introduces vomiting.

It is a presciption-controlled drug, however you can find it on ebay (Primperan, Maxalon, Pramin) or use sites like treated(dot)com.
Some users experience side effects while taking meto, so it is best to do a test run beforehand.

If the side effects are too strong, there are a few alternatives to Meto, such as Domperidone, Ondansetron or Mosapride. For more information please check the PpeH – Page 180.

Stat dose vs. 48 h Regime

The usual regime is to take 30 mg Meto one hour before taking N. This is practiced by AS organizations such as Dignitas. To reduce possible side effects from taking a larger dose, you can do a 48 hour regimen. That means taking 10 mg Meto every 8 hours, starting 48 hours in advance. One benefit of the regimen is, that it functions as a test run. You can abort your attempt early enough if you experience any heavy side effects.

Taste

People report that N tastes chemical-like, foul and very bitter, so it can be hard to drink. You can try to mask the taste by priming your mouth with honey, taking mouthwash or eating chocolate in between sips. Some mix the liquid with apple sauce (Last Five Acts – Page 360), with orange juice, peach or apricot nectar (Guide to Human self chosen death – page 45) or other soft drinks. Make sure that you don't increase the volume you have to drink too much. You can make it better, but cannot eliminate the bitter taste completely.

Alcohol and Drug Interactions

Administration of ethanol, benzodiazepines, opioids, antihistamines, other sedative-hypnotics, and other central nervous system depressants will cause possible additive effects.

Although consuming alcohol before taking N is not recommended (Increases side effects of meto), it can help with the taste and quicker absorption after taking a lethal dose. Spirits or liqueur are good options.

Fasting

It is best to fast 8 hours prior to taking N to reduce the risk of vomiting and increase the speed in which N will be absorbed by your stomach. However it is a good idea to eat something light to further reduce the chance of reflex vomiting. Something like Tea and Toast one hour prior should work pretty well.

As with every other OD-method a safe environment and not getting found too early is essential. Usually this is best achieved at night. A hotel room could also be a viable option.

How to take N

The easiest way to take N is to drink it. Other methods like IV can be hard to accomplish on your own and without training.
You have to drink N quick enough to make sure you ingest the full lethal amount. There are some reports of people falling asleep before they drank the whole amount. It is best to drink in 2-3 big gulps, preferably without breaks in between. A straw is too slow for example.

Time to death

According to the Guide to Human self chosen death, N works fairly quick. In more than 70% of all cases the patient dies within 30 Minutes, in 88% of all cases within 60 Minutes. A Dutch euthanasia group report that 82% die within 60 minutes. The sleep phase should occur in a few minutes, typically less than 6 minutes.

I have a neurodegenerative disease I don't know which one, I don't want to look any further, I'm in too much pain and I'm too pissed off with short-term memory loss, I don't want to see doctors anymore. ps: I know it's boring to read but I would never have thought of suicide if I didn't have this shit.
