You could start off by looking into Cambodia I think it was, apparently tourists there could access all sorts of things in their pharmacies without a prescription. No idea what it's like today though so someone would have to look into it.
Thailand is very strict when it comes to things these days and tourists trying to get their hands on various meds and drugs, wouldn't bother. Ending up in a Thai prison sounds like a nightmare.
