Help My SN Protocol. Benzos really needed?

Hello, just wondering people's thoughts on my SN Protocol. And if benzos are absolutely necessary. because i cannot get them.

Ive already started my 48 hour regimen but im seeing so many posts about benzos and was curious as to whether i actually need them or not?

Day 1
08:00 10mg Domperidone
16:00 10mg Domperidone
24:00 10mg Domperidone

Day 2

During this day i will eat something in the morning at like 11:00-12:00 and wont eat/drink after that

08:00 10mg Domperidone + 40mg propanolol
16:00 10mg Domperidone
23:00 1000mg Paracetamol
23:15 30mg Domperidone
23:30 Double dose of Nexium (antacid) + 40mg propanolol
23:35 Prepare 3 SN drinks, 25g in 50ml water.
24:00 SN Drink, lay on bed and relax, wait for it to happen.

I have no benzos, reckon this'll be fine? currently started Day 1 already, so planning to ctb tomorrow night. Thanks all. it can NOT fail. So wish me luck!

Benzos are to keep you calm, they won't take away pain, but they do seem to encourage a detached feeling which helps with SI. They're more of a luxury item to help things go more smoothly, but they aren't a requirement by any means.

According to my knowledge, antacids are not recommended according to the latest protocol (2025), but you certainly won't make a fatal mistake even if you use them. It's great that you have Propranolol because it also acts as an anxiolytic in addition to reducing tachycardia. For benzos, they already wrote that it reduces SI and calms you down, so it makes it easier to go through the process, therefore it is recommended but not necessary. In fact, according to Sten's guide and other protocols, the only thing that is really necessary for success is SN. And remember, it does not exist not a single example of someone consuming 25 g of SN and surviving (without being discovered ahead of time and provided with help or without calling for help because he changed his mind).

oh? so i shouldnt use antacid? i thought they help the SN get to your bloodstream.

Take it from someone who just drank two little tiny sips of SN: it's definitely a one way trip, this stuff hits hard and fast even in small quantities!

If I'm correct, the paracetamol isn't useful here? 1000mg is not enough to be toxic or helpful, so it's just unnecessary liver strain. I'd say you can drop it but someone else here may know better.

the paracetamol is just 2 tablets, and its to help with the supposed headaches that SN causes.

Ive read some issues about failed attempts at SN and saw that apparently in some people it gives excruciating stomach pain so not really looking forward to that lol.

i havent tasted it yet and im not sure if ill be able to hack the taste from things ive read. people react to it differently. whether its best to down it, or take small sips, i have no idea. but when the time comes im sure itll come to me. im scared and tonight when it comes down to it i will know if im ready to die or not.

The subject of antacids is still under discussion, in my personal opinion you won't go wrong if you use them, but I personally decided to leave them out.

Do we have evidence of people doing sn without benzoes? I won't be able to get anything and only taking sn. Just wondering how bad it will get and some examples from others.

Benzos are not necessary, all that is needed is the SN itself. I however will not be able to drink the SN without the benzos because I do not think I will be able to overcome SI without it. My anxiety will be sky high and I am hoping that my benzos will alleviate this.

Your proctocol looks similar to the ones which have successfully been used in the past to ctb. If you think that you will not have a problem with SI then you will not need the benzos. Your proctocol looks fine.

I think we should be skeptical of posts like his, there are accounts of people who have ctb'd with less quantities of SN
