It makes me feel happy.
I feel relieved that finally there's a chance to end this suffering.
It's the first day when I woke up and had very little of anxiety or panic attacks. I have risperidone. Need to get ibuprofen and scales to weight the sn.
My bday is going to be soon. I'll gift myself death. Sounds even romantic.
Each evening I go through sn threads here to find peace. I keep reading the reports and procedures.
I live alone, so probably will take my sn in the evening and hopefully death will take me during my sleep.
It's a bit difficult to do my everyday tasks. Feels a bit pointless. I'm sad that it will badly affect my mom. Rather than that, nobody will even notice. I don't want a funeral. Just my ashes to be scattered somewhere.
