Antacid I would skip as it is not necessary anymore. Also you don't have to fast for 24hrs, 8hrs is enough.

Look up Stan's Guide, if you follow that protocol you should succeed!

Which guide? the main thread says that you need an acid regulator, in addition to fasting for 24 hours.

Omprazol although acts on the stomach acid in a way. It doesn't work then same way as an antacid. Thereby people can get confused, since antacids aren't recommended cause they could delay the absorption of SN.

Omeprazole belongs in the category of proton pump inhibitors (PPI) in simple terms they stop the stomach from producing excess acid. So you don't get the heart burn. Anyway it's recommended you take it. Also take it along with the antiemetic, 40 minutes before SN.

Also a painkiller would be nice to include like a paracetamol. Since its OTC

I plan to make a detailed post once I've read through stuff on the acid reducers. When I write my method.

Esse razapina é só um medicamento para ajudar a dormir, assim como alguns aqui tomam outros. E eu tb vou tomar ibuprofeno para eventuais dores de cabeça.
