partial hanging. i did use all sort of knots. supposedly you should pass out but no i just feel like my head is going to explode

You probably didn't block the carotid arteries. I have tried this a few times as well (just to pass out, not to ctb), but I also just felt like my head was going to explode. I read you have to find the sweet spot which can be a little different for everyone

Ill try again tonight. I have a strong belt and I'm skinny so It's no problem It's a belt good for blocking out carotid arteries?
