My mother currently doesn't suspect a thing. I did eventually request for help but the usual - she doesn't understand mental illnesses and spent the whole hour talking about nonsensical bs

Full suspension didn't work? When the hiker found you after 1-2 minutes ,you had already initiated hanging, were you passed out?

No I was starting to when he caught me. It wasn't full tho it was partial
