OK, it needs to be drunk because the individual NEEDS TO SELF DIRECT HIS/HER euthanasia ! IF Dignitas, or any other entity injected it, it wouldn't be suicide it would be murder. Thats it in a nut shell
As for the taste, N is by its nature BITTER- thus a "bitter pill to swallow". Because most of the world is getting N via illicit means, we have no choice but to get the veterinary potion that is also mixed with preservatives etc- making it even more unpalatable

So, I opened the (extremely adultproof) bottles and had the following thought: this stuff tastes like it should be injected. Which got me wondering:

How did the N process evolve to being drank? I know Dignitas does it that way so we know it's legit, which is fine because I am deathly afraid of needles and would never be able to inject myself. But just wondering if anyone knows the backstory to drinking it?

Not gonna lie, there is nothing good about the taste. antiemetic, dark chocolate bites and a carbonated soda are my thoughts about getting it down successfully.

Any other ideas/suggestions?

When you consume a medication by mouth it goes through first pass metabolism in the liver then goes into your blood stream. If you go IV or or snort a drug, it bypasses the first metabolism so you need less drug to get the same effect. (ie-you could swallow cocaine and get high, but if you snort it you need less for the same effect). Congrats on obtaining it, I hope to have my own soon.

There are no guarantees it will not get intercepted, no guarantees it will be received no matter who you order from. You assume all risk.
