im 31 years old my head is so fucked up from psyc med withdrawal and I have rapid cycling that happens daily and no meds are working.

I'm so fucked up that I keep asking my parents for the green light to ctb. If I had a ounce of myself still left I would get on with it and not worry about anyone else.

They are never going to agree as they think I will get better. It's not going to happen.
