literally just spent the past 5 weeks or so gradually lowering/changing my medication just for the new meds to make me not only extremely irritable and erratic but also sick with migraines and severe nausea.
now it's gonna take another few weeks just to get back to where I was (which wasn't even a good place to begin with).
this is after yearsssss of being on meds as well as getting genetic testing done. I'm still fucked over to this day because my idiotic, abusive fuck dad would refuse to let me take meds on my own when I was younger and would give me them inconsistently (so we have no idea how they would've actually worked).
