Missing my old home

I previously stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Alone . I was staying there for ten years as a tenant. I had to vacate it as my landlord was going to stay there.
I miss it so very much. One important reason was that I stayed alone. I have so many memories over there . It seems I am connected to that place in a way.

It probably felt like a safe space for you , maybe you can find another place soon that you can make your home with new memories.

It's hard to explain what makes us so attached to a place. I know how that feels... You grow in a home and it gets to grow with you, it feels like a part of your family. It's not a feeling you quickly get to experience again when you leave, especially considering you ahd been there for 10 years.

You've most likely got to keep some stuff of yours. Furnitures, decorations, everyday items... I hope they help you accomodate to your new home a little more comfortably.
