Thanks, I wasn't thinking of checking with a pharmacist since I'd be taking these to ctbThe usual side effects of Metocloperamide are diarrhea, drowsiness, weakness and restlessness/nervousness. Don't see how Benadryl can help anyone with any of these symptoms. Benadryl is for allergies but can be used for nausea in cases where motion sickness is the cause.
One should never pile up on medication as they all come with side effects and may result in counterproductive or even disastrous results. Always consult a professional or pharmacist before taking any drugs. Lot of it depends on the person's other health conditions. Self-medication is never a good idea. Even the omniscient Internet has limitations. Take care.
The usual side effects are restlessness and involuntary muscle movements. The best thing is time. They usually don't last for more than 6 hours.Has anyone here suffered from meto side effects after taking it? What's the best thing to take to combat them...Benadryl?

I was going to take 30mg at once!!!Benadryl would be one of many options. DPH can alleviate the symptoms..
It's a risk to take 30mg meto at once, no one should do that.
That's what I thought :-)I was going to take 30mg at once!!!

I have taken domperidone before, had a bad experience unfortunatelyThat's what I thought :-)
Dyskenisia is extremely unpleasant and could ruin your attempt.
Go the safer way: 5mg test run and if everything is okay 3x10mg per day over 2 days...
...or you take domperidone.
Suffered some nerve damage, domperidone isn't as user friendly as we would hopeMay I ask what experience?
Just out of interest... :-)
