In order of preference -
1. Partial suspension hanging + fentanyl insufflation AFTER the setup is ready. Setup must be done mostly sober. Also, opiates, such as fentanyl, reduce the sense of suffocation which is perfect for hanging. Benzodiazpines are a fair substitute i'd imagine. I'd recommend being familiar with the effects of alcohol, benzos, and opiates BEFORE attempting anything.
2. Fentanyl overdose after anti emetic ingestion. Fentanyl is easily available on darknets. Test strips available. Regarding the potency concern others have brought up here, heroin laced fentanyl can be mixed to create a somewhat uniform distribution of fentanyl/opiate, and based on my experience as an opiate addict, a tester dose can be adminstered to determine potency (you will feel amazing, of course) about a match tip sized line up the nose. You should incrementally up the dose until you are "nodding out" & trouble breathing. Once test dose is established, triple the amount of fentanyl/heroin powder ingested. This is how opiate addicts die ALL THE TIME. It's happening everywhere in the US.
3. Neumbutal + anti emetic. Everyone already knows about this. I list Fentanyl OD before N because I'm familiar with opiates, and i know it's gonna feel great when the time comes.
4. Home made guillotine device. It may be difficult to construct, but creating a device that slices your head off is one of the best ways to die. Guillotine was historically a popular method of execution and it's very quick. The complication with this method is constructing it and testing it on other objects that require less force than the human neck.
5. gun shot to head. I'm more fearful of this than slicing my neck off, because a guillotine device could be tested, and i'd be confident that the contraption would work, whereas a gunshot to the head is always a risk for failure.
