I am also on antypsychotic medicine and I would probably wait with my CTB until further research is done by the right people about the interactions between ap medicine and N...or until euthanasia is available in my country...
And i was so happy when I found out about N... because before I was considering using helium...

Yep, it is included listed as "major interaction"...but the article is written with the perspective of taking Nembutal as a medicine...

Aripiprazole: (Major) Because aripiprazole is metabolized by CYP3A4, the manufacturer recommends that the oral aripiprazole dose be doubled over 1 to 2 weeks when strong CYP3A4 inducers, such as barbiturates, are added to aripiprazole therapy. If these agents are used in combination, the patient should be carefully monitored for a decrease in aripiprazole efficacy. When the CYP3A4 inducer is withdrawn from the combination therapy, the aripiprazole dose in adults should be reduced over 1 to 2 weeks to the original level. Avoid concurrent use of Abilify Maintena with a CYP3A4 inducer when the combined treatment period exceeds 14 days because aripiprazole blood concentrations decline and may become suboptimal. In adults receiving 662 mg, 882 mg, or 1,064 mg of Aristada and receiving a strong CYP3A4 inducer, no dosage adjustment is necessary; however, the 441 mg dose should be increased to 662 mg if the CYP inducer is added for more than 2 weeks. Avoid concurrent use of Aristada Initio and strong CYP3A4 inducers. Additive CNS effects are possible, including drowsiness or dizziness. Patients should report any unusual changes in moods or behaviors while taking this combination.

Also it is written from the perspectve on how the N is affecting Aripiprazole dosage and what is interesting is the other way round...

All 3 of mine are on there. Yet, A said it would be ok. I want to believe him. Maybe I will just be in a coma first? Even if I stopped my drugs, how would I know how long to stop for?

Not sure about 20 years but if stored at certain temp, away from sunlight apparently it will exceed its use by date

Don't know about the liquid but i believe the powder will last longer than 20 years. I tested some powder n that was kept in anything but ideal conditions, namely extreme heat to below freezing temps. It was kept dry though. It was as good as new. But where can you get the powder nowadays? I think there's a way to convert the liquid to powder. I read about it someplace, maybe even the pph.

I'm sorry. That's weird they did that. If you have a credit card, you can buy bitcoins with that on a bitcoin app on your phone, and transfer it that way.

I have been in contact with A and he is very helpful. The thing is, I weigh 350lbs and am on 2 anti-psycotics that I can't stop. He says 3 bottles should be effective. What would you do if you were me? Do SN instead?

I am roughly the same weight as you. I purchased four bottles because I was afraid that three would not be enough due to my size. My doctor recently prescribed Xanax for anxiety, but I recently read that it has a bad interaction with N. I am considering not taking it for the next few weeks to ensure the N works.

I wish there were more information out there on how much N is needed for us big folks. I know we're out there because my weight gain came from the antidepressant medication.

If you want more info, just download the PPH and read the drugs that interact with N. And go from there! You've invested a lot into your CTB method, and I don't want you to waste it! Cheers.

Sorry if I came off as unappreciative of your advice. I was just a bit gobsmacked and miffed at myself. I had stopped taking antidepressants two years ago due to side effects and in preparation for CTB (so many methods I researched had bad interactions with the antidepressants I was taking); the one medication that I agreed to take may interact with my exit method. I have read the PPH, but somehow missed the interaction between Xanax and N.

I am not in the USA, but from what I've read in this particular topic, many in the US have gotten N from A and everything went smoothly.
