Help Making things easier for those you leave behind?

I know any preventative measures I could take would be like putting a bandaid over a bullet wound, but my passing will be a lot for my family to take in, and I just want to make it easier in any possible way I can.

I plan on leaving a note, and my savings behind for my eldest brother, but as far as suggesting what to do with my remains or anything else, I'm kinda lost.

Any suggestions?

I've heard that wondering what they could have done differently or did they miss signs etc is a difficult element to deal with.
So I'm just going to leave a note emphasising that there's nothing they could have done.

Some people clear out their closets and clutter in advance - chucking out what's useless and/or giving things to charity. A few people here have planned/paid for their own funerals - there's a thread about it if you use the search gizmo.
