A part of me hopes that after death we have an option to make our own simulated life expiernce and be able to edit things before hand and reincarnate into that life

Why would you want that? It would be fake, and you'd know that. I couldn't live in a fake world. My life is shit, but at least it's real

I can't stand any form of fakeness to be completely honest.

I would never be happy knowing I live in a completely made up world, that would be rather odd.. rather die. Literally everything around you would be fake. I don't get this concept

Well yea I'd know it's fake but I want a life I can enjoy, unlike this one where I just suffer everyday. I want to have fun and be happy in it

I get that, but that's not realistic. No one on earth is 100% happy and not all the time, literally no one, no matter what you see, because people put on a front all the time. Life is never perfect, even those that seem have the perfect lives - do not. Appearances are always deceptive. Always.

Why would you rather not be dead and at peace than in a fake reality? You'd rather an illusion than death? Each to their own though

I'd personally never choose that, I'd never wish to exist under any circumstances rather I only hope for permanent non-existence, I only hope and wish to never exist again, I'm so tired of suffering in this cruel, torturous existence, I just want to painlessly cease existing in peace.
