Do you think losing consciousness in SN method is gradual with increasing discomfort, breathlessness, chest tightness, nausea.... Etc or it's immediate, like you just balck out at some point without much suffering?

I'm open for your opinions guys.

from what i've heard it depends on if you follow the protocol or not and if you use the right amount (25g) or not
some people take a while to black out and feel dizziness and discomfort others take less time, your blood isn't getting any oxygen after all so

From everything I've seen it's been a gradual descent into unconsciousness, made much faster if there are benzos involved. Taking the benzos would probably give a 'blackout' result if done correctly, but sadly like many others I can't get my hands on them. So those having to go like me without benzos would get the gradual loss of consciousness, and all the other mildly uncomfortable things along the way.

I also can't find benzos nor have the money for them, I'm kinda afraid from what i could face while going unconscious.

from what i know, it's very similar to having anesthesia applied to you if you've ever been through any surgeries, but a bit more uncomfortable due to the symptoms

In the video I saw, it looked like a gradual loss of consciousness.

It worries me a bit.

It's gradual and not immediate as it takes time for the to nitrite react with the blood

Some or all the symptoms will happen gradually like tachycardia, nausea, vomiting, dizziness but then it's like you will be here one moment and out the next.

Nope. it takes a bit. there are numerous video logs of SN deaths across the nets. links can be found here in sasu with the right search term if they are still there.

Tbh, ever since I saw the video of the Chinese girl, I have been worried, because she did not appear to lose consciousness instantly; it seems that she suffered or the symptoms intensified to a peak before she lost consciousness.

Yeah, I steered clear of the Chinese videos. They didn't seem to follow protocol and everyone kept saying how terrifying they were to watch. If I'm gonna end up using the method why torment myself unnecessary yk...I'm basing my hopes off of GTs on here, recorded or not there is a lot of them and the one i witnessed over a call. I'm hoping mine goes as peaceful...if not, well..at least it will all be over and shortly.

It's gradual, you will feel symptoms and feel yourself in a poisoned state before you eventually go unconscious that us if you do go unconscious... it's extremely rare but it's possible to not go unconscious until later on that's why so many people recommend benzos.

Plenty of threads on here from people chronicling their SN attempts showing that LOC is relatively "slow" if you consider 15-20 minutes slow. People gradually start feeling dizzy and lose coordination (based on the sloppy typing several minutes into an attempt).

They followed another protocol, recommending 50 grams of SN. I believe this amount is more than enough to cause loss of consciousness earlier. However, it seems that this was not the case.

Yes, that's what made me create this thread in the first place. The video of the Chinese girl appeared to show a lot of suffering.
