Looking for that benzo effects comparison table

I remember coming across a comparison table in some post, which compared the effects of different benzodiezepines.
It showed how much each one did have an effect on different aspects, aka anxiety relief, sleep inducing, etc

I dont know about what post you are talking about, but I'll try to help.

Best benzo for social anxiety / convulsions is clonazepam, also known as Rivotril or Klonopin. It is also prescribed long term to some people.

Best benzo for general anxiety relief is diazepam, also known as Valium. High risk of developing addiction if used for more than 2-4 weeks.

Best benzo for panic attacks is alprazolam, also known as Xanax, it should only be taken as needed.

Best benzo for insomnia is midazolam, also known as Dormiculum, kinda hard to get. Lorazepam and Bromazepam work great aswell.

Best Z-benzo for insomnia is zolpidem.
