Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

The majority of human existence has been terrible for us. getting eaten by bigger (or smaller) animals, diseases, wars, etc. for every one person who has a fulfilling and meaningful life that ended happily, probably millions of lives have ended up in painful tragedy. like playing a lottery you get a ticket for when you're born like any lottery there are more losers than winners

Earth is a home to 20 quintillion or 20 billion billion creatures, Out of that number we are I guess lucky to be human, but it doesn't end there. You can be born in a poor country or a wealthy country, to a struggling family or into the richness. There's more, your personality type, which determines who you are and how you are. You can be rich and sad, rich and happy, never experiencing hardship, some people just don't experience anything bad in life, or if they do they learn to cope and accept, or live a miserable life due to some reason. You can be poor and happy, poor and sad etc. It feels like existence is so randomised. Personality can be the greatest or worst gift. The perspective it gives you is how you'll live your life, or end it if you're born with a personality which is pessimistic.

From the moment we're born, we're each handed a different "lottery ticket" of circumstances and traits, from the country we're born into to the family that raises us, to our own personalities and sensitivities. Each factor stacks in ways that can make life feel like a game of cosmic chance, where some people get favorable outcomes while others face incredible hardship. For many, just existing in this unpredictable, turbulent world can be overwhelming, especially when those around us seem to be dealt better hands with ease or resilience that we don't feel we possess.

True and where there are also really horrible prizes you can 'win'. Imagine if the actual lottery was like that. Like- you get a one in a million chance of winning the jackpot but a one in 50 chance of developing cancer. I doubt anyone would play...

Yeah, life really is like a lottery where the chances of winning is low and the chances of losing is significantly higher. Not to mention that this lottery was imposed upon us and we never asked to play this lottery. This is what I hate the most
